What meetings are like

What caregiver support meetings are like.

Our online caregiver support gives you time to talk about your own life. Some days you may know where to start. Other days, you may need a little time to find it.

You choose the conversation.

Our team listens and helps you think things through. If you want practical information or possible next steps, you can explore those together.

You can talk about caregiving, relationships, everyday decisions, or other parts of your own life. You choose how much to share, and you can disagree with a suggestion or leave it aside.

There is no required homework. Meetings do not ask you to deliver an intervention or carry out treatment with the person you care for.

Room to continue. Room to reconsider.

There is no preset endpoint. From time to time, you and our team will check in about whether you want to continue and whether the support still fits. Continuing depends on your wishes and the program’s capacity.

Find out whether it fits.

You can ask questions before deciding to participate. Our guide to finding emotional support as a caregiver offers questions to consider.
