Before you participate
About privacy and recording.
We want you to understand how meetings are supervised before you decide whether to join.
All meetings are recorded.
Meetings between caregivers and the team are recorded for team training and supervision. Your assigned BCBA reviews recordings between meetings rather than attending your meetings.
Access is limited.
Only the team member assigned to you and the BCBA supervisor assigned to you can access your meeting recordings.
Recordings are destroyed after review.
They are destroyed immediately after review and are never retained longer than 30 days.
Your assigned team member keeps written notes.
Only your assigned team member and assigned BCBA supervisor can access the written notes from your meetings. Written notes are handled under the program’s privacy policy. The 30-day maximum above applies to recordings.
You can ask questions before deciding.
Participation includes recording. Before your first meeting, we’ll ask for your participation and recording consent. You can ask the team about privacy and recording when they contact you with next steps.
Information you send through the website
The interest form asks for contact information and an age confirmation. Anything you choose to add about your situation is optional. Please leave out names and identifying details about the person you care for.
Forms are submitted to the program’s Wix Forms system. Responses are not displayed on the website. Access to website form responses is managed separately from access to meeting recordings and notes.
